CHOOSING YOUR PREFERENCES FOR THE DUTY ROSTER.

With a busy Winter Program of races to conduct, BBN needs a strong team of volunteers for our events in the Race Calender.

As a member, you (or your parent/guardian) are expected to provide assistance on at least two events.

To volunteer:

1. Check your diaries/ kitchen Calenders with the dates below.
2. If you are available, get those dates down, in an email.
3. Check the website http://www.bbn.org.au/ (menu links: "Racing"/ "Club Duty Roster"/ "Position Descriptions and Instructions") to find your preferred role.
NOTE: T/C's and First Aiders need to be qualified.
4. Email those dates and your preferred roles to richardstringer@smartchat.net.au

It's first in, first served, at which point a compulsory roster will be formulated and posted on the website.

Sun 24 May: Kew ITT
Sun 21 June: Casey Fields Crit
Sun 28th June: 1:20 ITT
Sat/Sun 4/5th July: Eildon Junior Tour, incl. Handcycling TT and Senior Regional RR. .
Sun 26th July: Kew ITT
Sun 2nd Aug: Casey Fields Crit
Sun 23 Aug: Kew ITT
Sat 5th Sept: Modella Regional Road Club Champs
Sun 13th Sept: Casey Fields Crit
Mon-Thurs 21-24 Sept: Eildon Jnr Training Camp (date TBC) - Parent volunteers required
Sun 27th Sept: 1:20 ITT
Sun 18th Oct: Lang Lang RR

Particularly note the 2-day Eildon Junior Tour, which will be a great event to be a part of.

Please find below the approximate numbers required for each race event.

1 in 20 – 15 volunteers, 1 T/C, Computer Timing Operator, First Aid.
Kew Boulevard – 17 volunteers, 4 T/C’s, Computer Timing Operator First Aid.
Lang Lang - 25 volunteers, 3 T/C’s, First Aid.
Eildon Junior Tour - 50 volunteers 15 T/C’s First Aid, Computer Timing Operator.
Casey Fields - 5 volunteers, First Aid

The Siemens Junior Experience races (Saturday afternoons) will also need helpers.

If you can assist with Volunteering you will receive FREE race entry.
