J-Cycle Development Clinic (Track Cycling Skills)

This popular skill development clinic is once again being held during the school holidays. Many of todays riders achieving results at the State and National titles start out their time attending just such a program.

It would benefit young (8 - 14yo) riders wishing to learn the basics of cycling, or improve their skills and confidence to race in the upcoming track season.

Dates: Monday 28th Sept - Thurs 1 Oct, inclusive.
Times: arrive at 1.30pm for 2pm - 4pm sessions.
Location: Blackburn CC Velodrome, East Burwood Reserve (Burwood Highway, East Burwood)
Coach: Simon Quick, Level 2 Cycle Coach.
Program includes: use of Club bike and personalised fitting, safety and equipment, bike handling, track skills, introduction to racing drills, snacks and a drink.
Cost: $70, includes use of bike, full insurance (a discounted introductory membership to CycleSportVictoria is available).
