This roster has been drawn up to help fill needed official positions at races throughout the Summer 2007. It is a fact that without volunteer officials - there would be no races!
To help with the track races prior to Christmas, a roster was submitted and those that were nominated were very helpful in assisting - thankyou!
The Club believes this system is worth following so that members get the benefit of helping to continue running races successfully.
To this end, this further roster has been submitted for the remainder of the summer season.
It is hoped that those named will be able to help out on the requested date. Although many will not have renewed their membership yet for 2007 we have drawn this up with the expectation that most will again renew. With few exceptions members have been asked to assist on one day only.
If you are not able to assist on the given date we ask that help by finding a substitute to fill your position. If you are likely to be attending the races(a parent maybe) and are happy to assist when needed please also let us know - there will no doubt be spots need filling!
The club is grateful to everyone who has, or can, oblige.
